It is about 45 minutes via subway to Wall Street Financial District.

In middle bath, I installed double sinks and new designer tile on floor with new white tile laid in subway fashion above a refinished tub.

The subway service to upper Manhatten is normally even quicker than BK.Would be curious to hear what people thought about the Bronx.

All I want is for you to do is pick up the foot long subway tab when we grab lunch, LOL!

@John Collins - I believe there are multiple factors effecting this all stemming from COVID.1) My understanding is that there's strict showing restrictions in place in NYC making it difficult to show and rent places.2) People are growing wary of cities, especially a city as dense as NYC with a subway system that's can function as a highly efficient way to transport disease. 3) If even 5-10% of people who can continue to work from home do so then why would they pay continue paying high rents when they can move 1-2 hours away and have a yard and somewhere to park?

Stay close to the subways.

FACTS:Roughly 10,000 sq ft 33 parking spacesvery busy road - great signage/visibilitysurrounding areas can be questionable (growing subsidized housing)3 long term tenants (subway, metro PCS, optometrist)Optometrist currently owns building and occupies 70% of space.  

What about public Transportation such as subways, buses, etc?

“Fully renovated” in today’s market means the front door is a trendy color, the cabinets are probably white, subway tile dark floors.
