The stickers are usually on the outside of the A-coil and outside unit, and on the inside of the furnace - take the front panels off like you were going to change the filter to see it.

But when I say full gut and rehab I'm talking: taring everything down to the studs, updating plumbing and electrical throughout, probably upgrading the panel, adding duct work for heating and cooling, new mechanicals (boiler, A/C, etc) , hardwood floors, new kitchen, new dry wall and insulation, paint, finish work, etc.

@Prakash Bhatta  The two most common ways people steal electricity are:  1) by tampering with the electrical panel and bypassing the meter  2) or by fraudulently establishing service in someone else's name (i.e. identity theft) and then not paying the bill and just running it up until the service is shut off due to non-payment.
