Since you are splicing multiple pictures, why not show a good one of the game room and other other key parts of the house instead of all of the game room?

Remind them you had professionals out there to inspect the place multiple times and they found no problems.If they claim that their insurance policy needs your info, tell them to give you their info and you will contact their insurer directly.

I've done it multiple times on primary residence and was just able to do it on an investment with a local CT bank. 

So yeah I am currently learning alot on how to "equity stack" as Kai calls it on deals, bascially multiple streams of income from 1 deal.cheers yall!

If you buy multiple properties, you can spread out your risk and avoid putting too much pressure on a single investment.

I run multiple properties in B or C area and I maintain super host status every quarter.

I even offered to let the seller out of the deal, multiple times, but he wanted to press on and just get it done.
