Water company adjusted my $17,000 bill to $11,000 and I sat before an intimidating panel last Friday and they gave me a “ Courtesy” adjustment of $900.The duplex had foreclosed and been boarded up from 2009 to 2015 so perhaps the pipes leaked underground and that’s what caused the water bill to be so high but my contractor doesn’t think so as there would of been signs of water flooding on the ground   It’s a mystery but I’m so pissed if I have to pay $10k as this is a chunk of my very very hard earned profit  I’ve had 4 evictions this far and they all trashed my place costing me so much money because they lived like animals   They fooled me they were so nice   I’m hoping this good improves quickly now    My bill is still over $10,000 and my last option is to go to superior court.  

Other times you find mysterious holes in the drywall, weird unexplainable carpet wear patterns, or that they were using a teapot to cover a burn area on the laminate countertop.

(People not from the Bay Area, or that are from the Bay Area but can't seem to ever get an offer accepted for some mysterious reason, are going "WTF is a purchase offer lender's sales call?!"

So, everything I do is for them to enjoy in their lives, might as well involve them in what I do instead of shrouding it in mystery, and letting them jump to their own conclusions.Just my 2 cents take if for what its worth.

So, this could easily be resolved by unraveling the association which is a big mystery at this point. 

When I walked back outside, the cord was mysteriously gone...  

one has to realize that were Brandon lives is were he invests. and he lives and invests in an area of Washington that has low valued real estate because of a dead and dying logging and fishing industry... you cannot buy at those price points in any of he major markets.Plus its easy to say in the last 8 years  .. anyone buying 6 years ago or so.. bough in a window of time and low prices as  has never been seen before in the US.. its no great mystery for those that started after 09 and bough in those years..

I think real estate is interesting and mysterious to people because a lot of them wish they could take the leap or regret not having done it in the past. 

NP... not a lot of mystery   some mysterious folks .. but its pretty straight forward and the guys on this site that admit to be marketers do a pretty nice job at the end of the day. 

no mystery to paying off your mortgage quicker.. pay more principal per month..
