The only thing I'd mention is cash flow with a paid off property is a lot higher than with a mortgage, so it is 6 of one, half dozen of another.

I don't want to get into specifics but we passed on the property for a couple of reasons you mentioned.

As you can see from our teams response on this thread, we are VERY engaged with our company and clients EVERY client matters, so you can understand when someone speaks poorly of our shop, especially when incorrect, they take it pretty personally.Second, you mentioned "a lot of people" who are not happy with our service.

You mentioned gross rents of $3400 per month and Principle/Interest/Tax/Insurance of $2500 per month. 

On the other hand, a digital nomad looking for a place to WFH for a few weeks will prioritize a private, immersive experience in the location, like cozy lounge seating on a deck to enjoy a mountain or beach view.So while many of the items you mentioned are desirable across the board, it's about tailoring the space to what each group values most based on their needs.
