I don't know of any turnkey providers down in Jackson but if there are any that people are working with, I'd like to know more for sure.Some of the go-zone property was in Madison County which is north of Jackson.

I also own 2 LTR in Huntsville and 2 LTR in Madison.

Madison, WI has in my opinion largely regulated short term rentals out of making sense in most cases (30 day max short-term rental if you aren't renting out part of the house you actually live in), so within the City of Madison, largely left to maybe a furnished month to month option. 

My family owns 2 beach cottages down in Madison CT.

I enjoyed the one year I lived in Jackson ( Madison county) love those southern manners !!!

If you are looking for equity gains I would consider Madison, WI.
