Texas, in particular, has caught our interest, and I'm currently traveling there.I'll be in Houston from May 1st to May 6th, seeking to connect with investors, developers, lenders, and others in the industry.

Fyi the 1983 property is in Houston, Texas.

Does anyone have experience with these type of loans? Are they good for first time investors? I am using a FHA loan on my primary residence and don't want to refinance because we have a great interests rate.
