First of all, you´re an aspiring investor, not an inspiring one (yet) - this is not to nitpick your grammar, but you have to know where you are and where you want to go, and the difference between them.

There are a lot of teachers in my family and I tend to notice grammar or spelling errors (usually I notice mine just after I've hit send) so the things that perturbed me about 1st Choice may not be an issue for you.

Once the sheriff sale is held, there is no loan to loss mitigate (yeah, bad grammar choice but you get my point), the borrower has at most 12 months for redemption and as little as the amount of time it takes for an eviction in that city.

Idk though, maybe i am just stressing a little to much for my age (which is 20), and also please excuse my raw uncut use of grammar, felt like the only way to relate to you all would be to explain as best i could, where i am coming from.
