Oh....you can also pay off the mortgage even faster with your ample income or soon to be ample income.  3-5 year payoff time is definitely possible. 

I will definitely try to bring in as much money as possible but I don't want to wait forever to pull the trigger.

I am not saying it cannot be done but it might be difficult and is definitely more risky.

Definitely didn't know he was funding the deals and since there is no where that explains what the criteria is for funding, I'm a little weary of the program.
