My Rogers Park small 550 sq ft 2brs were $1250 in 2020 then $1450 last year and this year got $1600 with 3 apps on the last listing.

That happened after making 5 phone calls to their emergency repair department and threatening to sue them for refusing to grant me access to my property…my property manager contact was not picking up her cell phone stating that she does not pick up her phone on a Friday at 4:50 pm.

Chris,I have 2 brownstones and found the easiest and cheapest solution as follows:Smart lock (I recommend Schlage) with each tenant receiving app access and code.

I received a lot of pushback from my tenants not wanting to trust some random App Platform they had never heard of when I attempted to convert to software.

Do you have any advice on google voice, using my personal cell, etc?
