Too much reliance on the casinos.

And in Highland, San Manuel Casino will be expanding and creating a resort hotel, which means more jobs. 

Skip the casino (aka stock market) and keep growing that rental portfolio!

In my opinion their biggest, absolute blunder was allowing for the new shiny and best resort/casinos to develop on the marina and not keep everything on the boardwalk. 

Currently still unemployed from my casino job.

Some people need to hit the casinos to feel alive, others are just fine being comfortable. 

I’m talking about areas near larger hospitals, downtown areas (Old Town Scottsdale is obviously #1), higher end golf courses, casinos, universities (mainly ASU in Tempe), and other niche locations that attract travelers.

There is so much development going on with the Hard Rock hotel and Casino, the Amazon facility, the Walmart distribution facility, Target distribution facility, and many other development projects as well. 

Bakersfield is getting that new casino in.. and Joshua Tree has always been a destination for anyone I know. 

I can tell you about the hot and up and coming areas like the entertainment district in Gastonia and the NFL/MLS training center being built in Rock Hillor the new Casino in Kings Mountain - all great places to invest right now.
