Browsed the turnkey-reviews.com website and it's pretty much all five star reviews.Of 110 reviews, there is only 1 one star review and 5 four star reviews.  

I have been behind the scenes absorbing numerous podcasts and eagerly browsing articles.

After browsing BiggerPockets and all of the info I've been gathering I have come to the conclusion that, nope.  

I have learned a lot from this site browsing the forums, reading articles, and listening to podcasts.

I've browsed the forums a bit and it seems like an awesome place.

I was browsing the want adds for jobs on Monster.com and ran across an advertisement for a company called Hardmoneyflips.org that wants to hire people to sell 100% LTV hard money loans and partner with them to do rehabs. 

I've read through the guide, I've been listening to the podcasts and been browsing around.... analyzed some deals, gone through data, i.e. populations in cities, average home pricing, average rent, etc.

Browse around and don't get overwhelmed.
