New Investor From Connecticut

Hello all, my name is Michael and I have been lurking on the site for the past year or so.

I am from Connecticut currently living and investing in New Haven county Wallingford area. I bought my first property that was not an investment in 2010, which was a hack rehab job that fell down around me as I lived in it. Even though it turned me off as a buyer it got me thinking about real estate investing.

  I have learned a lot from this site browsing the forums, reading articles, and listening to podcasts. This gave me the confidence to take my shot and I recently completed my first flip. There were some major ups and downs but it was an overall success that I will detail in a future post in the success area of the forums.

 Its long overdue for me to begin networking and participating in the community but better late than never. Look forward to meeting like minded investors!
