I am looking for areas where the Vegan restaurants are going, the Microbreweries, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, etc.

I still believe that 80% of people looking in notes are not serious buyers as they are looking for “the perfect deal” where they want a heavily discounted note with no hair and no risk and will never end up pulling the trigger and will move on from notes to stock options, Bitcoin or the next big thing in the next 12-24 months.

I was wondering because of the "trader status" if you sell too much real estate if it's better to put the word Apartments or Rentals in the name instead of a generic nameLike Outback Apartments LLC instead of Just Outback LLC so it shows that your 'intent was to hold it long term'.

Bitcoin is seems like it might be at the bottom ;) ;) I am looking to invest a large savings in the next year, so I am kind of in the same boat. 

As you astutely mentioned previously based on the assessment the price seems high and although I don't want to be a re-trader, I'm also not going to eat the cost of 10k worth of electrical on a house that I'm paying that much for. 

I do not want to be in a situation where one tenant uses vemo, another cash app, another pays in bitcoin, and I need to check cozy. 

For example, if you invested $1 million in bitcoins a few years ago, you would be filthy, filthy rich right today.
