I was a fulltime athletic coordinator and coach &  part time real estate agent for a year.

Many of these students are athletes who are playing/practicing and can't be caught in a university lock-down of their dorm floor because of one positive test (Yes...that is happening). 

Firstly, I wish everyone who sees this post health, happiness, and growth during this epidemic.I am a student-athlete who has 1-2 more years of playing collegiate baseball.

He has reserves to where we can aim for a Bank Statement Loan, but we are wanting to see if there is anything else out there for Professional Athletes, specifically in the NFL that could help him purchase his first home.I would appreciate ANY and EVERY piece of advice I can get.

I think you do as well - I.e. money, time, etc.As someone that has been involved in the athletics industry, I see a very similar comparison.

Being around Xtreme athletes for years, that was a common saying around our house with Professional Freestyle MX riders practicing in the backyard.

Mentors are always a great asset, no matter if you're an athlete, a cook or a real estate investor,!

According to the agent owner really doesn't want the hassle, it's been really easy for him wih the athletes in there.  

It gives students better opportunities for extra curricular activities, scholarships, athletics, and in most cases (not all) academia.

I was fortunate enough to not have to take out any student loans for undergrad due to my athletic scholarship.
