Scenario 3:Run, no money to be made.I am open to suggestions for each scenario.For someone that has worked in convenience industry- what are things to consider or do?

Somehow she got the idea that would february 8th would work (she had out of town valentines plans on Valentines day through the weekend so that seemed like a convenient misunderstanding ;-D)   I didn't even know of this mistake until Saturday the 17th when Her post talking about the trip and coming home the 18th.

I would put the LVP in the bedrooms as well and then people can put down a rug if they want or have the ease and convenience of just a quick sweep and mop with the LVP.

How convenient. 

I would love a better option but it's so convenient.

If they are going to cover business activity, you can bet your bottom dollar that the insurer will review all of your practices and procedures in order to determine whether you are doing things safely and in a law-abiding manner (see above, first paragraph).So yes, get plenty of insurance, and a corporate entity between you and your adoring public may be most convenient (consult your lawyer as to whether and what type).

I’ve done some film industry work in Transpo, Location scouting, and PA…seems like convenient logistics were the priority but it was a different area with a much different housing and social scene.

Seems like he is only running convenience side of business.
