You could bump into an attorney that tells you that a contract is legal, s/he may not be saying it's okay for you to use it as a licensee.New agents need to get with their brokers instead of taking advice from anyone else, even an attorney since the broker holds your license.Too bad, I don't know of any site that gives specific legal or professional advice concerning investor tactics or methods that just doles out specific information.
