Sounds like a SCAM since it is very similar to the MASSIVE scams being run on Zillow right now.They find the property listing, duplicate it and then list their contact info.

My cousin told me about this man Reza Mohktarian and how he is a successful public trader and made successful trades for the public (periscope) but now discloses them in his monthly program for only $97 a month.I was very shocked by this news but when I looked into it better I saw some very bad reviews on his previous entity CTM (Capital Trust Entities) and how it was a scam but nothing poor about his recent programs.

Letters aren't there too many scams which any home owner will also take you also as a scam ?? 

Sounds like a scam.....0 down, no interest....doesn't make sense.

Investments are ALWAYS a gamble - any investment that claims to be "Zero risk" is always 100% scam!

To add to the strangeness, was that the letters where from 3 different banks.So today I am asking for tips/hints/ideas/gotchas/watch out for/to-dos from experienced sellers on the forum to make sure I am doing my best to cover myself from any possible scams out there while I wait for closing.Note: I put an alarm in the house, but it doesn't have a gate to keep people from getting to the door or windows.

anyone who does their homework will see that this is how they now operate … they have their people go after anyone who questions them … (just like the politicians) Or maybe you have “never been a landlord and had to deal with tenants who LIE and don’t pay rent” and it is pretty obvious what your intentions are here … So don’t be surprised when complaints show up on Ripoffreport about you … by the way … the company that posts this SCAM … they will REMOVE it for a “large fee” They are a Ripoff company … anyone can say anything about anyone … and good luck getting it removed off of the internet … facts don’t matter … and some people are foolish enough to believe anything they read online … just look at FB and Fake News …
