It's hard to run when it is really cold or really hot outside.Optimal here is little to no wind about 75 with almost no humidity is perfect.This is only a few months out of the year here.I only run gravel compact at the park.The street sidewalks are bad on the joints and you inhale the car fumes.The treadmill at the gym is also bad impact on the knee joints.So I run when I can outside and then mix in the other items.This way I have indoor and outdoor exercises.You don't have an excuse and can stay consistent without mattering what they weather is doing.

I do know some people who actual prefer to have this type of heat because most rooms have their own thermostat and can actually save money by lowering the temperature setting in rooms not being used and raise them in rooms that are occupied.

The way I see it, "pretty" gets tenants in, and "inexpensive bills" keeps them in.Here's my quick list: .8 gpf toilet(Niagara Stealth at Home Depot,) Niagara Sava Spa 1.75 gpm showerhead, Watersense-labeled faucets, and LED bulbs from either Lighting Ever(LE) or Hyperikon(go for the 2700 K color temperature, and usually 9 watts or so is equivalent to a 60 watt incandescent.)

If I'm sounding negative, here are some positive aspects: the climate is great, access to outdoors/sports is excellent, and the city isn't sprawling.
