Why risk others.This isn't a tenant with a Pit Bull that's still living there, it's a tenant that has had family members that KILLERS  followed or tracked down to the property to do harm to, who's next. 

The pro forma looks fantastic for this ~60k fourplexes, but the turnover, mx (the buildings are 100+ old) are major killers. 

The C-class property renters may or may not have a W/D, but the stackable will be a deal-killer for many.

So by this logic why do i not hear anything of panic on selling everything, close all McDonalds, outlaw fried chicken because by math covid-19 is about half the killer Colonel Sanders is.
