LOL.FYI regarding meth --   By the way, even though meth that has been fully remediated does NOT have to be disclosed in Utah, I still see realtors disclosing it in the public and agent comments sections. 

Dwsd says it's tenant responsibility but title transfer company is afraid it will be lien on property in future and wants me to pay.As per my understanding tenant account is created after water affidavit and lease documents.Whats the remedy to cure this bill apart from paying.its a huge loss.thanks

Also for major building improvements like windows, doors, roof, mold remediation, you may be able to find vendors that will give you a zero-interest loan to finance the costs forward.  

The local Facebook groups are blowing up with guests’ complaints about cleanliness, the poor condition of units, and the unresponsive attitude of Vacasa to remedy those. 

The VA has to conduct stom remediation before they sell it.  

I'm thinking that increasing deposits might be a good remedy to protect me and incentivize them to follow the rules.

It is so easy for a small leak to cause tens of thousands in damage and even make a home uninhabitable until remediation due to mold.
