If you want to improve your community's appeal, donate time, money or property ... coach the little league team, buy and plant flowers in the town park every spring.If you are dealing with any other professional such as a lender, appraiser, tradesperson etc and if they need to know be upfront and tell them you buy, fix and flip homes, or buy and rent homes to make a profit.IMHO Mission Statements are a waste of time.

Since I originally started with HomeVestors the "We Buy Ugly Houses" guys in Cleveland in 2012, and just expanded to Chicago area last year I was unfamiliar with the class action lawsuit against that chemical plant and the people who developed (allegedly) brain cancer in that area.Anyone have any more info on this or done a deal in that area?  

My full time job is overseeing Auxilary services, physical plant, and construction projects at a local college.  

Does WB go out and bottle coca-cola at the plant?

We bought that property in August, so we'd like to move to be closer to that project so that we can start planting trees and berries, (things that take a long time to grow and don't need a lot of our time or attention) and also to closer to that side of the family.

I'm new to BP as well... my great grandparents from Germany and Denmark planted our family out in Elgin. 

And I mean high high probability as in they're building a new Hewlett-Packard plant or a University nearby in the near future.
