While it is possible to do one or two circuits at a time the labor/time cost would go up drastically and the tenant would not be happy.Replacement will involve trenching or removal of the drywall/plaster, fishing wires all over the home, patching and sanding of the repairs and paint.

Most small fish cannot land a good deal.The banks are pricing the deals so high you need inside angle, i.e. buying lots of houses so you have power to lower the price.There are always exceptions to this.

Answer because you need one to legally make a fee for bringing a buyer and seller together in the manner most who wholesale do it.. but this is a long beat down theme on BPNothing will happen your a small fish.. you have no pattern. and no money was exchanged..
