For example, I had a guest put their fist into a tv, I had to submit pictures, a receipt for the tv, and a link to the identical model so show cost of the unit.

I am NEW to "real estate investing", and new in Bigger Pockets.But I have read a lot of real estate investing books, that "to me", ALL sounded shady AF.From Robert Kawasaki, Carlton Sheets, Ed Beckley, Dave DelDoto, a couple of the reality tv flippers, that Asian guy that went from dishwasher to "do-ing" top models on rented mini-yachs, and a few others.
