I pulled a few flyers they were 60 to 80k...these homes are functionally obsolete it cost to much to repair them and they are worth two little for gods sakes a most of them I saw would be 400 to 600k to rebuild and yet you can buy as many as you want for under 100k... there is no turning that stuff arouind

They have been refusing my phone calls and attempts to meet me at the condo.The Mold inspector told me about the possible court suing and their possible court action.They won't share the report but the inspector says he is recommended that all the kitchen counters are gutted and rebuild the cabinetsBathroom vanities need to be redone etc.The AC closet needs to be broken and rebuilt .

.$200 isnt completely out of line for a repair job if there was more than resetting the toilet which I'd guess there was.I've made it a habit on any new property to hire a plumber to pull the toilets and replace wax rings with these from home depot or new wax rings on the rare occasion what I posted wont work (depends on floor height) -- if the toilets are old enough and I dont want to rebuild the guts I'll just replace them with models from Menards -- I really like Pro Flows from Ferguson supply, however I dont have the buying power my buddy does at his plumbing business so I cant justify spending twice the price there.
