This is your classic opinion host blog post, very little data, and half of what they quote is just plain worng.

They show a prelim title search and may have this info free in plain view.

These areas are not only safe and pedestrian-friendly but also offer excellent rental potential due to their proximity to major employment centers and cultural attractions.Upstate NY: Look at cities like White Plains or New Rochelle, which are well-connected via Metro-North to NYC, offer urban conveniences, and have a range of multi-family homes.Seattle Area: Neighborhoods like Capitol Hill or Ballard in Seattle are excellent choices.

My advice, buy them off now with cash for keys before it turns into 9 months of legal fighting and delays resulting in foreclosure for you.California hates landlords and the courts do their best to delay evictions as much as possible.One by one you will be accused of being a slumlord,racist,sexist,homophobic,and just plain criminal and the liberal judges will eat it up even though they can't prove anything.Every charge against you will result in 60 days of free rent while waiting to get into a courtroom and argue your defense.This is why I will never own rental property in "Blue States"!!

I honestly doesn't believe any rent number outthere after certain price, they are just making it up or plain lucky sometimes.There's trick, however how to make 1 mil dollar house without view can make significant $6K-$7k rent.
