Ive come across two of these with almost identical scenarios.  

Marketing has several aspects to consider:- Offer- Audience- Brand/Identity- Message- MediumConsistency is how often we TOUCH our prospect (audience) with our message, which should position our offer in a compelling way.  

Now it is apparent why unlicensed brokers try to hide their identity, etc when illegally advertising properties they do not own.

Pay attention to potential violations involving DECEPTION, such as perjury, financial fraud, credit card abuse, identity theft, etc.

A month after our acquisition, the fourplex right next to ours sold for 490k (identical) , so we felt good about it.

I've accepted the popular term "investor" on BP, I'm amused when newbies begin a post with "I'm an investor in" everyone needs an identity, it's a hard wired psychological need.

Again understanding that you're limited in what you can say, is it fair to say that your company's customers receive more information on your text marketing approach (maybe access to an e-book or something along those lines) as well as the identity and contact info of the guy you know?

That foundation sounds identical to mine. 1/3rd of it is a basement for water heater.
