I am new to whole saling and I wanted to know what is the best way to find accurate comparables for my deals, without having MLS access?

Check out Redfin.com - if they are in your market you can find all the solds and active w contingency properties with all the MLS info, pictures, etc. It's nearly identical info to the MLS only one or two days behind.
