I'm not camped out policing this and I will usually give a friendly warning for the first offense but it is nice to have a rule with some teeth in it when you need it.

Any agent that wants to back door deal with you in that fashion and doesn't have these "arrangements" disclosed, would be committing a criminal offense if they executed the arms length affidavit without admitting a business relationship to one of the parties to the transaction.Sounds like your radar is working well in that you smell a car salesman.

We are in the process of looking at properties in a couple different areas of the country so I'm hopeful to find someone/group that is able to assist me on a more global basis rather than state specific.

No offense brother, but I'd find a woman that had similar goals and aspirations as yours.....and then I'd marry her.
