We are OVER 99.5% accurate, but to say we are 100% accurate would be a stretch. There's no reason to pay for a report on a property with us, we give access to all the upcoming auction properties data, we do sell title searches as a separate service and you should never bid unless you know how to research title or have someone else (like us) do some of the research for you.As far as our reviews go, I wish they were all positive, but again, we are a solid 4.x/5 star reviews on google at any given time. There is no "dupe" factors, we just help with research and charge a couple of dollars to help you do it.
