It's nice to see a guy from PA exhibiting the positive characteristics I observed during my short time in the state: hard working, no excuses and persistent.

Instead of inflation, I see persistent low interest rates, which are zero and even negative at this point in other parts of the world, the dollar is relatively strong, and the reaction of most (aside from perhaps a few on this site) is NOT to go out and take out inexpensive debt to fund investment or consumption, but rather to hoard cash and other low-return but high liquidity alternatives ... this is true not only on personal balance sheets but especially corporate balance sheets.

In OKC, the REIA has very much an "in group" feel... takes some work and persistence to get any meaningful attention.  

I am gonna continue on with this incomplete result and figure things out as anyone that remained persistent has.

Congrats on the success, clearly because of your and your team's persistence.

I might want to make my next post about persistence because guess who drove away with the mower at 10:00 AM?
