As a fellow bay area native, I sympathize with your pain!

As a California native, I wasn't really able to find many California markets where the entry points and overall numbers made sense.

Once you take the courses and pass the exams, how hard is it to find a broker to give you the freedom we need as investors?

Maricopa is surrounded with Native American reservations which limits building or widening roads.If you're interested in Maricopa as an investment, you really should visit.   

However, if you're in this to get rich and can be patient and work hard, I think you will  get there.Best of luck in whatever direction you choose!

The reason I work hard is because I know that by the time my daughter is 18, ILl be able to hand her a 20k credit card, a full ride to college, a fully paid off car, and a fully paid off apartment for 4 years, in 1 year lease terms.

When I lived in New Zealand I had to re-learn spelling, pronunciation, and vocabulary all just to speak my native language "properly".
