Sue has a stroke, goes thru rehab but now cannot bathe or dress herself or transfer without help and Bob can help her sometimes but not all the time as he is forgetting how to do simple tasks. 

If the boss wears jeans, I suggest dressing better than the boss (not $ wise, but more business like in style).

thank you  @Jim Adrian Lets assume it's 5 lots, the bigger question is the layout and floor plane  for those  house. lets keep in mind it's buy and hold houses only for rent, i might sell them after 5 years. that means I am trying to be build moderate house for rent nothing really fancy.

Didnt think about that at all..The builder incentive are really good, you are right, I was on market for used home, but new houses were 10K more expensive with all fancy staff, so I went for it.Definitely I will call agents in the area!

A master suite with a fancy bath may add value, too.
