One of my clients recently was in the same situation as yourself and we ended up finding him a 3-family in a better area than he was originally looking in and the rents were nearly identical to that of a 4-family. 

This is the DE wording in 4603(b)(3), the Delaware Fair Housing Act: (3) To make, print or publish, or cause to be made, printed or published any notice, statement or advertisement, with respect to the sale or rental of a dwelling that indicates any preference, limitation or discrimination based on race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, marital status, familial status, source of income, age, sexual orientation, gender identity or disability, or an intention to make any such preference, limitation or discrimination.

The stuff is amazing and priced identical to laminate.

I use my identity to keep me focused...and my identity is tied to exercise and eating decent (among other items).

My identity is tied to daily personal growth...learning, acquiring skills. 

I've met a lot of investors who get in with the idea of wholesaling, then suddenly they're looking at note investing, then rentals, and then maybe lease options, etc. without ever finding their investor identity.
