With that budget size I would concentrate on out of state absentee owners.  

But really, I'd concentrate on the name without any cartoon stuff or very simple logo like a B and an E, if any at all.

Concentrate on getting a great deal for the first one.

Hey Josh,I thought you mentioned possibly holding one on the other side this year to get a new mix of investors that wouldn't travel all the way to Denver.This way you generate a different concentration back and forth each year.Some do one event first of the year on one side of the country and others do the second event in the 3rd quarter of the year.I think with Denver it was your first one last year and people did not know what to expect.For me it was a scheduling issue and I plan on going this year for sure.I think more people will sign up early as well.

There is a foreclosure problems mostly concentrated in areas such as the North Bronx and in Queens (tons of houses in Jamaica).

Highly concentrated letters to specific properties could work but the mass marketing style of attack has come and gone in regards to its usefulness.

In my market, I concentrate on REO deals, so I don't have the same options that Michael does.

If all 200 of your letters were concentrated in one area, I would try expanding the area and moving.
