I have 3 single family rental properties which turn a profit and alwAys looking to grow. 3 years ago we had our first child and strayed to use vrbo for our vacations, my wife wanted to rent a house instead of a hotel room with out baby.

Generally the S8 tenants won't qualify on the income, that's why they qualify for S8, however, I listed below few things you should consider:- a lot will live on disability+child support and allow a BF to live with them (not showing on lease), but that BF brings in the money and has a legit job.

Items included in this would be welfare/cash assistance/child support/TANF then minus expenses she claims like childcare etc but you can ballpark it until you get thee official amount and then back adjust the tenants ledger to reflect the correct amount.

In some cases, this is the simple fact of empty nesters with senior-level positions and a fraction of the child/house related costs they once had.In other cases, it is someone riding on the high times, and as a result, I don't think it's very sustainable.

We just had our second son and our other attends daycare to the tune of $440 a month and when my other child goes to daycare we will be paying 820 a month in daycare fees.
