Those who aid and abet discrimination keep the cycle going, and it can be easy to overlook their part because they are often "nice" people who avoid confrontation.I wonder if you have the right person at the bargaining table on your behalf.

What if the tenants need financial aid?

I have a background in computer-aided drafting (CAD), mostly for architecture, but also for mechanical, structural, and electrical engineering.

We have had college students and/or their parents pay ahead based on their aid situation or out of town parents.

It states, "As part of the recently enacted Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security (CARES) Act, mortgage accounts in forbearance as a result of COVID-19 cannot be reported negatively to the credit bureaus by lenders," which is nice.

Farm aid is doled out by that agency.SCHEDULE E (Landlords) are the responsibility of the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

If you can't afford a few hundred dollars to sit down with an attorney, and to get a title search done, you can talk to your local legal aid office.  

Applied early and judiciously (and hopefully with aid from private local state and federal govt) this could make a big difference to which road we go down
