Then, one day she decided to go to one of my apartment building and she fell in love with the plants and she started fairly large vegetable gardens at 3 buildings.

Trying to gather some information on this...I have recently purchased a commercial building that I was going to conform into another small indoor facility. 

Drive through it frequently, at different times of the day -- you might be surprised by what your find -- people taking care of lawns of tending to backyard vegetable gardens, parents sitting on porches watching children play, neighbors chatting. 

This only includes slab and the building with one walk-in door and one roll up door. 

This included indoor/outdoor paint and lawn care improvements.

I would appreciate any input regarding these items:1) Missing blinds $50 ea2) Holes busted in doors $200 ea (there are 2 with holes . . . one of them already had one hole in it prior to tenant move-in but he has put additional holes in it)3) Carpet cleaning.

Is there an unused space (perhaps a basement) to add storage lockers and/or indoor bike storage?

I would indicate that there is no indoor smoking.

Some ideas I thought of was a dog park, community garden, and grilling/picnic area. 

The properties we toured were very old and in different stages of rehab, but I wasn’t particularly impressed by the rehab work, the contractors smoking indoors, or some of the uneven floors that they just decided to throw carpet over, hoping no one would notice.
