It is wedged between the Duwamish river and the bluff below highland park / white center to east and west,   and industrial SODO to the north and the northeast corner of Burien to the south.SP has a lot of comparatively lower income residents vs. seattle at large,  and its a very diverse neighborhood;   If you speak spanish it would be a big advantage if you are looking at managing MF in that area.   

Then it has all of the things that some of the great NW Philly neighborhoods have going for them, but at a much lower price tag - great sense of community and genuine pride in belonging to that community, diversity, and proximity to the park.

Both have growing populations and jobs within diverse industries.

Richmond has a diverse market and you'll want to decide which areas you're willing to purchase in.

Hopefully someone will have some more precise information than I, but I like to toss out ideas; you know, provide some diversity in perspective. 

But on the other hand, diversity in market investment isn't a horrible idea either, right?

Of those two, Texas seems to have the most growth potential long-term, and seems a little more diverse.

The biggest thing to keep in mind about old town Savannah is the huge diversity in values in different areas.
