Anyone here on BP have any experience investing with Kris Krohn in Utah from Limitless TV on YouTube?

@John Troise I have never heard of these guys, but I have always been suspicious of these types of companies when they are located in Utah.

I attended university in Utah and obtained my Bachelor's in Accounting and my Masters in Tax.

I understand that deals need to be made and not easily found, I would implement that same strategies from long distance real estate investing if I was buying properties in Logan, UT because an overall 4 hour commute isn't a good buisness model if you're going to DIY landlording. 

In Utah you have to have a CPO cert employee test the water four times daily.The company I work for hired an outside contractor once to do daily maintenance on a pool and jaccuzi and it cost $4k a month.

Are people finding multifamily rental deals in Utah?
