When it comes to buying SFR at a discount in a red hot sellers market, what are some lead generation tactics most investors just aren't willing to do - either it's a ton of work or expensive.This pocket creates opportunity for the rest.

After reading, "Investing in Real estate With Little or No Money Down," I wanted to ask this, probably very beginner, question to anyone that may have experience using this tactic for someone who has little money outside of a Home Equity Loan (which would pay for the rehab- LTV 70% roughly 50G). 

I know there are some fantastic negotiators out there so I would love to here some tactics.

What tactics should I consider adopting in a highly competitive market such as GR?

Their coaching is offered towards the end of the retreat, but it's a softball with no drawn out, high-pressure sales tactics at all.

Money comes and goes, but good business tactics are apparently hard to come by these days.I'd let Realtor A know of my unhappiness and address it immediately.

Marketing to sellers is a tactic I'm looking into.CM, I am buy and hold all they way for now.  

Need to understand "duping" tactics to have an obligation reaffirmed, it's illegal.
