Hello BP,I am part of a start-up venue looking to serve as a shared work space and collaborative hub for real estate professionals to learn, grow, and connect with each other in downtown Tampa.

I'm prioritizing cash flow as opposed to just appreciation since NJ (especially the northern region) is historically known to appreciate in value regardless of location (for the most part).

After assessing the damage I prioritized based on landlord liabilities.

When he told me about that I spent that night in the hotel re-prioritizing all my planned viewings and re-doing all my calculations for properties I had been researching which eliminated about 25% of the places I had been looking at because the numbers changed.

Are there many Canadians members that I can collaborate and learn from on here?

I love collaborating and am happy to love to hear of and share my success and failing forward moments. 

I know some people want to keep the information all to themselves but I believe in collaboration and the spirit of sharing.
