Throw your down payment into a bigger house in a nice neighborhood you think will appreciate better and that wipes out the cash flow (or worse, throwing money at it every month) and now you're just crossing your fingers hoping you didn't buy at the top of the market.

It doesn't bother me so much but I can see if you are one of those who don't use a computer a whole lot and just use one finger at a time.

Now I get they can blame us NO MATTER WHAT, but it's much easier to point the finger right back when it was their agreement to handle snow/ice themselves.

All that is still a mystery to me, cause I feel like if you had your finger on the pulse just partly even one should have seen it coming, considering I worked in timesharesales back then and even the dumbest people had houses, even pizza delivery boys with 20k incomes.

I have had leads slip through my fingers because I don't speak Spanish. 

Loopnet Premium still has value however more so in maintaining relationships with active brokers, keeping your finger on the pulse of the market, and by catching that rare foreclosure property (that gets 50 offers).

The ARV for the building is somewhere between $350,00-$400,000, so I have both fingers crossed this goes through.
