A lot of people bought houses or rented apartments with the express intention of Airbnb-ing them and if this passes those guys are gonna have shut down completely I imagine.

Tell the needy tenants to approach their neighbors and express their concern to them. 

Hi,I’m considering adding an ADU to existing rental property but I know there are a few considerations about the existing tenant losing some of space in the backyard even though the tenant has expressed that it’s not an issue, it would be good to add an addendum to the existing lease to make sure that it’s all in written.  

My ideal image would be for mte to call a propsepct, them to express any interest and for me to say let me send you a link to more information.

That the people saying "Thanks" are rich (odd), and that the people being thanked are rich (less odd, but still odd).It could be "people who are thankful of the help given by others, expressing that appreciation."
