Need addendum to add ADU to existing rental lease agreement

Hi,

I'm considering adding an ADU to existing rental property but I know there are a few considerations about the existing tenant losing some of space in the backyard even though the tenant has expressed that it's not an issue, it would be good to add an addendum to the existing lease to make sure that it's all in written. Other considerations are about utilities as she will get a credit back for whatever the ADU consumers for utilities, etc.

As rental lease agreements can be quite standard, they are easy to find but I'm having a hard time finding an example of addendum to add to the lease for adding a new ADU and I was wondering if anyone has already done it and they would share a standard template or any ideas on how to get a sample one.

Best,

Miquel
