Since you want to become a full time investor and live off the income from your rentals, they must produce real positive cash flow, not the false positive cash flow of your formula.You don't have to be here very long before you see a post from an investor saying, "help!

Your best bet is probably an online service, since they're far more cost effective and starting an LLC is absurdly easy.

Figure that one out - And that the lease option program wasn't in the agreement, which is 1000% false and other people can attest to...very rude, only said I can give you access back to the portal which was lifetime to which I said it didn't contain those documents (no idea why it didn't) I think they might have been in the forum - but was told the tribe forum is now extinct.
