My funnel is definitely narrowing down the field but it's too narrow because hardly anybody is finishing the process.On the surface it seems like the problem is occurring at the application process.

It works well in scenarios where you have a flat, level surface that is perfectly clean, or when you can easily create one.You should probably use the thicker ones (~$1 per tile) because the thin ones will scrape or tear really, really easily.

I look at these turnkey companies- norada, hipster, memphis invest, ohiocashflow etc (no knock of these companies- I just seen you post and looked at some of your properties- and their cash flows are attractive but the purchase amts seem higher than what I see on MLS for what appears on surface to be comparable (I use this term lightly as I am not familiar with all their areas) properties.

I'd make sure each lease has a clause forbidding install on any building surface (they can put the dish on a post in a bucket of sand on their deck) and remove all the installed ones after giving the dish guy 48 hours to do it AND PATCH THE D*** HOLES HE MADE TO YOUR SATISFACTION!!!!
