@Elizabeth Joiner ,The reason I, as an investor that pays CASH, uses a wholesaler is that the Wholesaler is bringing me something of value.

@Elizabeth Colegrove I remember listening to the podcast on short sale investing and I recall that its a little harder now because the discount is counted as additional income now a days.
