Bad tenant would scream bloody murder at crew, claimed there was damage to her vehicle that doesn't work and has had a window stuck down for 6+ months and would park a car in front of my property to block crew from continuing work.

Instead of screaming that my rights are violated (by someone who really is voicing an opinion and not a point of law as they are not qualified lawyers) find a better solution that address the problems.This stuff would never have surfaced to this point if sellers had not been acting in a predatory manner, setting the public up to fail, just a form of theft.

1.It simply comes down to some owners not purchasing correctly and not having the funds to maintain a property correctly.2.Improper screening that puts bad tenants in that trash the place.3.Out of state investors or local investors using bad PM's.4.People thinking ALL LANDLORDS are RICH and do not understand the costs involved owning and maintaining a property.We are constantly hammering into our tenants that the bank is the mortgage and utilities have to be paid.I think the tenants want to tell themselves the landlord is rich so they can justify paying themselves instead of the rent.It's just a sign of the times.I could list many more reasons but these are screaming out to me.
