Their representative is there to bid up to the upset price in small increments. 

It sounds like they had a genuine problems.IMHO, there is no reason to be upset with the tenant.

I don't see why he should be upset that you paid less.

Many people are on the "Do Not Call" list (which includes Texts) and if you are not careful you can get some people pretty upset.

As far as making money wholesaling, I have quite a few investors that know exactly how much we make on properties and others that would probably be upset if they knew.

Sometimes the wifes and/or other friends/family won't always see all the effort you or your brother will put into each deal... when you're splitting $50,000 on a flip, it's possible your wife, or his wife could get pretty upset about who's putting in more effort.

Listening to podcasts and watching videos where people have found success in weeks or months is making me feel so incompetent, and oddly, a bit upset (and low key envious) because I am a hard worker and I am giving this my all.
